Karina Sebti

Managing director - Paris

A graduate of KEDGE Business School, Karina began her career as a Senior Risk Management Consultant at Dun and Bradstreet. Over a period of ten years, she held the positions of Associate Director and Managing Director with major firms, developing her expertise in financial engineering and interim management. She joined the Robert Walters group in 2004 and supported its development by creating the Interim Management division in France, where she is now Managing Director.

Lionel Soubie

Having graduated with an engineering degree from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble and a Master's degree in Production Organisation from the Ecole Nationale des Arts et Métiers, Lionel Soubie began his career in the automotive sector, where for 12 years he was Plant Supply Chain Manager, Business Unit Logistics Manager and then Production Director. Over the following 16 years, Lionel built up a career as Supply Chain Director for France and then Europe within major B2B industrial groups. He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer in B2B/B2C retail. His experience in the industrial sector led him to join the Transition Management division of Robert Walters in 2021. As Associate Director, he and his expert teams provide support to companies in the areas of Operations and Supply Chain, Restructuring and Transformation, Legal, Tax & Compliance and Human Resources.
