We are recruiting a Business Manager (M/F) for a company specializing in the audiovisual service sector.

Recruitment process

- First prequalification telephone exchange with one of our consultants
- Exploratory interview (in person or video) to take stock of your research, with our recommendations.
- Meeting(s) with the Client at their premises.
- Quick feedback upon receipt of a response and debriefing.
Main mission:
Promote and sell specialized technical services (including sound, lighting, video, electrical distribution and infrastructure management) to a diverse clientele (event agencies, production companies, businesses, public institutions, etc.), while ensuring their satisfaction and respecting the sales objectives set.
Main responsibilities:
Research and business expansion:
- Detect and approach new potential customers.
- Maintain and expand existing customer base.
- Evaluate clients' technical requirements and suggest tailor-made solutions.
Creation of quotes and negotiation:
- Design quotes and commercial proposals based on the technical and financial needs of clients.
- Negotiate offers while respecting the company's profit margins and commercial conditions.
Project monitoring:
- Work closely with technical project managers to ensure the feasibility of the proposed services.
- Ensure careful monitoring of files, from signature to completion.
- Ensure the proper execution of services and customer satisfaction.
Technical and competitive monitoring:
- Stay informed about technological advances and industry trends.
- Identify business development opportunities linked to new technologies and customer expectations.
Required skills:
- Extensive technical knowledge in the areas of sound, lighting, video, electrical distribution and structure .
- Excellent sales skills (prospecting, negotiation, loyalty building).
- Ability to understand and translate clients' technical needs into concrete solutions.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, quotation/invoicing software).
- Organizational skills, autonomy and responsiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Profile sought:
- Technical or commercial training (Bac +2 minimum) in audiovisual, electrical engineering, events or equivalent.
- Significant experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years).
- Good professional network in the field of events and live entertainment.
- Driving licence B essential.
