Managing Director | Robert Walters France
Coralie Rachet started her career in London as a financial controller. After a few formative years, she went back to France to work as a business analyst in a large consulting group, before becoming an external auditor in a Big Four. In 2002, she joined Robert Walters as a consultant in the Finance division. In 10 years, she climbed the ladder to finally be promoted Managing Director of Robert Walters in France.
Graduated from Kedge Business School, Arnaud worked for 5 years in an international recruitment firm before joining Robert Walters in 2011 to launch the Marketing & Sales practice. Today, Arnaud is Associate Director and leads the Real Estate, Insurance, Marketing & Sales, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Sales Industry activities. He assists SMEs and large groups in the recruitment of top and middle management profiles.
Aude is graduated from Sciences-Po Paris, specialising in Finance and Strategy. She started her career in management controlling at Valeo internationally before joining Volkswagen in France. In 2011, she joined the Finance division of Robert Walters and became manager before extending her scope to IT and Tech businesses. Today, as Associate Director, Aude assists small and medium-sized companies, major accounts and investment funds in the recruitment of experienced and expert profiles.
With a double degree in law (LL.M University of California Berkeley) and business (ESSEC Grande Ecole), Constance joined Robert Walters in 2014, after previously working in an organisation and strategy consulting firm. Constance is now Associate Director and focuses her activity and expertise on the recruitment of lawyers and HR, legal and compliance functions. She is supported by an expert team of qualified consultants.
Graduated from NEOMA Business School, Julien has 10 years of Marketing experience and Management of cross-functional projects on an International scope in the pharmaceutical industry (BMS, Omega Pharma and Urgo). He joined Robert Walters Lyon in 2013 as manager for our Healthcare & Life Sciences division before taking over responsibility for the Lyon office in 2020. Today, as Associate Director, he manages the development of the three French regional offices in Lyon, Nantes and Toulouse.
