Conférence - L'innovation au cœur du recrutement

Le 10 décembre 2018, Robert Walters organisait une conférence sur le thème : "L'innovation au cœur du recrutement".
A cette occasion, Faye Walshe, Directrice Innovation du Groupe Robert Walters, analysait les innovations qui ont touché le marché du recrutement et des ressources humaines au cours des deux dernières années, et elle présentait des technologies de pointe qui ouvrent la voie au changement (intelligence artificielle, chatbots, big data...).

As a specialist in Marketing and Communications for recruitment, Faye joined Resource Solutions in 2009 to build both the Marketing and Talent Marketing & Insights functions.
Since then she has consulted with our clients on employer brand, media placement strategies, the use of social media for recruitment and ensures that our clients have access to the widest range of innovative sourcing techniques possible.
Faye has worked for the Robert Walters Group since 2003, looking after marketing activity in APAC from Sydney, then transferring to London to oversee the growing network of Robert Walters EMEA offices.
Faye ensures our clients benefit from truly innovative recruitment outsourcing solutions. Her team monitors consumer trends which shape our recruitment and HR landscape, seeks out disruptive recruitment technology for trial, and challenges our existing processes and service offerings to ensure that our clients are always up to date with the latest thinking. Faye is passionate about keeping track of the fast pace of change in the consumer landscape and challenging our staff and clients to consider ‘what's next'.
