Production Manager (M/F)

A leading industrial group is looking for a Production Manager M/F, for an interim management mission for 3 months.

Our client is an international leading company who develops and manufactures interior systems in the automotive sector.

For this position of Production Manager M/F, you oversee managing the whole production to achieve targeted level of profitability, quality, and delivery service. You manage the performance indicators and carry out the related reports. You follow, supervise, and lead the progress of production. You control the budget and represent the plant in front of its customers and suppliers. You supervise and manage the team to reach individual and collective objectives set. You ensure compliance with all the safety, security, and environmental measures.

For this position of Production Manager M/F, you are an Engineer (master’s degree), you have at least 10 years' experience on a production site, ideally in the automotive sector. You are autonomous, rigorous, and methodical. You have qualities of understanding processes and organizations. You are immediately available for this 3-month mission, which will take place in Slovakia. Slovak or Czech & English languages are mandatory.
